A taste of what to expect
Day 1 – Arrival in Paro, drive to Thimphu
Land in Paro and travel to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital. Settle in and visit the peaceful Memorial Chorten for your first quiet moment in the Kingdom.

Day 2 – Wellness and Culture in Thimphu
Explore Thimphu’s blend of tradition and modern life. Visit a traditional medicine institute or enjoy a guided mindfulness walk.

Day 3 – Scenic Drive to Punakha
Travel across the stunning Dochula Pass and descend into Punakha Valley. Visit Punakha Dzong and enjoy a short walk to Chimi Lhakhang temple.

Day 4 – Slow Day in the Valley
Take time to relax or explore the riverside. Optional hot stone bath, blessing ceremony, or nature walk through rice fields.

Day 5 – Travel to Phobijkha
Arrive in the peaceful glacial valley of Phobjikha. Visit Gangtey Monastery and walk the nature trail for a quiet afternoon.

Day 6 – Reflect & Reset
Enjoy a calm morning — meditate, walk, or just take in the wide valley views. Connect with the community over a simple local lunch.

Day 7 – Drive to Trongsa
Journey to central Bhutan and explore the historic Trongsa Dzong. Take time for reflection in one of the smaller meditation temples.

Day 8 – Return to Paro
Make your way back west, with scenic stops along the mountain roads. Relax on arrival in Paro with dinner at a local farmhouse.

Day 9: Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery
Take a guided hike to the legendary Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest), a spiritual highlight perched on a cliffside. Return for a quiet evening.

Day 10: Wellness Day
Optional hot stone bath, massage, or time for journaling and stillness. End the journey with a light local ceremony or offering.

Day 11: Departure
Private transfer to the airport for your flight home.
